Steve Bailey came on staff as our Equipping
Pastor in December
2006. Steve and his wife Caitlin moved from Illinois
where they met
and were married at First Baptist of Elmhurst where
Steve was youth
pastor for eight years. Tagging along with Steve
& Caitlin on their
journey are their three cherished kids: Sophia,
Josiah and Molly.
Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Bible/Music from
William Tyndale
College and a Masters in Counseling from Trinity
Evangelical
Divinity School. He spent nine years as a youth
pastor to American
military students both in Illinois and Germany
with Cadence
International, before landing as youth pastor in
Elmhurst.
His major passions are shepherding/counseling/training and
spiritual
formation. His minor passions include doing anything
outside, the
board game Acquire, and fantasy football.
The five of us Baileys hope to offer our lives,
time and home to
you, the folks of this church and this area. We
strongly affirm that
the truth of the gospel comes wrapped in the
lives real humans.
